Overview
At Speedin Engineering, many of our products are designed around OEM vehicle fitment, OEM mounting points, and OEM mating components where stated in the product listing. Because these parts are often installed on modified vehicles, we cannot guarantee fitment with aftermarket parts, non-OEM components, prior repairs, chassis variation, or improper installation.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- The item must include any original hardware, accessories, and packaging
We reserve the right to deny a return or issue only a partial refund if the item shows signs of installation, use, damage, modification, or missing components.
Fitment Policy
Unless otherwise stated, our parts are designed for vehicles using OEM-based configurations.
We do not guarantee fitment where a vehicle has:
- Aftermarket or modified components
- Prior body or mechanical repairs
- Damage, bent mounting points, or worn factory parts
- Missing, altered, or non-OEM hardware
- Installation conditions outside the intended design
Fitment issues caused by aftermarket parts, vehicle condition, or installation variables are not considered product defects.
Installation and Labor
Speedin Engineering does not reimburse or cover installation labor, removal or reinstallation labor, diagnostic time, paint or finishing costs, shop fees, or any other third-party service costs related to the product.
Customers are responsible for confirming suitability before installation. We strongly recommend test fitting and reviewing the product carefully before final installation or modification.
We are also not responsible for damage caused during installation, attempted installation, removal, or use. This includes, but is not limited to, improper installation, overtightening, use of incorrect tools or hardware, modification during install, or interference caused by aftermarket parts or damaged OEM components.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom parts
- Bespoke parts
- Made-to-order items
- Personalized products
- Special-order items
- Custom engineering, design, or development services
Any part or service created specifically for a customer is committed to that project and cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, fully custom or bespoke parts and engineering services are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary before a refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded unless otherwise required by law. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or if we shipped the wrong item. If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at info@speedinengineering.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue before installation.
Shipping Returns
Please contact us first at info@speedinengineering.com for return instructions before sending any item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
