Evo 5 Oil Cooler Ducting Kit with TME-Style Bumper Vent

This oil cooler ducting kit is designed to improve the effectiveness of the factory Mitsubishi Evo 5 oil cooler by creating a more controlled airflow path through the bumper, across the cooler, and out through a dedicated bumper exit vent.

The system includes an inlet duct that channels air from the bumper opening into the oil cooler, an exit duct that guides air away from the cooler, and an outer bumper vent styled to mimic the Evo 6 TME exit duct. By helping air move cleanly through the cooler instead of building pressure behind it, the kit improves the efficiency of the factory oil cooler setup while giving the Evo 5 bumper a more purposeful OEM+ appearance.

The ducting is designed around factory mounting locations wherever possible, keeping installation clean and secure. The kit also includes an installation template and instruction kit for positioning and cutting the outer bumper vent.

This kit is intended for the factory Evo 5 oil cooler, but it can also be adapted for use with aftermarket oil cooler setups. A mirrored passenger-side version is also available for customers running custom cooling layouts, auxiliary coolers, or a symmetrical bumper vent setup.
